Revised Delivery Agreement for Replacement Local Development Plan
Since approval of the revised Delivery Agreement there have been a number of unforeseen delays meaning an updated Delivery Agreement timetable was required. The Welsh Government agreed a revised Delivery Agreement in February 2023.
The revised DA contains a new timetable for the preparation of the replacement Plan to address the delay incurred. The key dates are summarised as follows:
- Consultation on the Deposit Plan – Summer 2023
- Submission of Plan to Welsh Government – May / June 2024
- Examination – Summer 2024
- Publication of Inspectors Report – Winter 2024
- Adoption of the Plan – Early 2025
The Revised LDP will cover the period 2018-2033.
