Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking to establish whether there is interest for Rassau Community Centre to be potentially considered as a Community Asset Transfer.
At this stage, the Council is establishing whether there is an opportunity for a Community Asset Transfer following an approach from a not for profit group in taking the facility on under the approved Community Asset Transfer Policy.
