Work on a new hub of flexible office premises custom designed and transformed from shipping containers called the Box will soon be complete on the former Works site in Ebbw Vale.
The development of 21 high spec units ranging from 159sq. ft. up to 220sq. ft. for financial, professional services and business use is a new and exciting addition to the Council’s property portfolio.
These unique units which are part funded by the Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns programme are situated around a sustainable, vibrant and mixed use site which will also become home to the Thales Campus and the technology hub in Blaenau Gwent.
The units are perfect for the modern, creative and technology driven young business that are either starting out, accelerating their start up business, or ready for their first office space. We are offering a number of units in an environment that provides you with privacy, security and dedicated space but with the benefit of an open, relaxing and collaborative working environment with likeminded entrepreneurs.
The units itself provide a modern and communal environment with comfy seating, kitchen, and bookable rooms; the perfect environment for any inspiring entrepreneurial business.
