Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (One Way Traffic Order 2025) (Vale View Tredegar)
Notice is hereby given that the Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers the effect of which will be:
• To prohibit vehicle movements travelling in a north easterly direction – Vale View from its junction with Pochin Crescent to its junction with Glyn Terrace/Peacehaven, as set out in this notice.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the length of road to which the order will apply along with a statement of the reasons. The draft Order is available on the Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council website and will be so until the expiration date of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
If you wish to object to the proposals you will need to send the grounds for objection in writing to the Head of Community Ser vices, General Offices Steelworks Road NP23 8UW
or Email at BSEnvAndRegen@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk to be received by 13th M arch 2025. Any objection received after that date will not be considered.
