RWE Renewables is proposing a wind farm between Abertillery and Abersychan.
The project is up to six wind turbines (approximately 36 MW installed capacity) with a maximum height to blade tip of up to 200 metres. Battery storage potential is also being explored.
Abertillery Wind Farm is classed as a Development of National Significance (DNS) and this is a statutory part of the application process.
