Consumer advice is provided by the Citizens Advice Consumer Service which offers free, confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues. The website provides lots of information and advice about what your rights are and how to take action.

- services that have not been carried out with reasonable care and within a reasonable time or for an acceptable price

Citizens Advice consumer helpline works in partnership with Local Authority Trading Standards Services by providing first level advice and information on consumer issues. Trading Standards are notified of complaints from consumers and traders in Blaenau Gwent and will contact you if they consider further investigation or action is required.
