If you require a fee quotation for Building Regulations work please contact the Building Regulations office.
Blaenau Gwent CBC Building Control charges have changed as of April 1st 2015. The new fees schedules are available by contacting building control.

Payments
We accept Telephone Payments, BACS transfer and Internet Payments.
To make a telephone payment, first find out what your fee will be by checking with the Building Control Team on 01495 364848. Next ring our Contact Centre on 01495 311556. Tell the operator you wish to make a Building Regulations payment and make the reference the first line of the locations of works.
To make an internet payment, first find out what your fee will be by contacting the Building Control Team on 01495 364848. Next go to the home screen of the website . Click on ‘make a payment’ then click on ‘miscellaneous payments’ then choose ‘Building Control’.
