What you need to tell us
- The date you moved in or out
- The address you moved from and to
- The names of people aged 18 or over living in the property
- If you own or rent or living with someone else
- If you need a discount
What happens next
We’ll update your account and send you a new bill.
If you’re due a refund, we’ll let you know.
