- This means you lived in foster care, a children’s home, or under council care plans
Who can get it?
You can get this discount if:
- You are 18 to 25 years old
- You used to be in care
- You live in Wales
What you need to apply
You will need:
- Your name, date of birth, and address
- Proof you are a care leaver (for example, a letter from your social worker)
- Details of who lives with you
