As part of the Tredegar Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI), a tendering opportunity has become available for the internal and external refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Former Town Hall, The Circle, Tredegar through their appointed representative Mr Roger Field of FTAA Ltd.

Interested contractors are required to register interest using the contact details of the appointed representative Mr Roger Field of FTAA Ltd. which can be found on the Sell2Wales website under reference JUN254625. Tendering contractors will be required to provide a portfolio demonstrating heritage qualifications and/or experience of undertaking works on Listed Buildings and buildings located in conservation areas.
The THI Scheme is contributing positively to the regeneration of Tredegar by ensuring high quality, traditional repair and reinstatement to eligible properties in The Circle area of the town centre. The THI renovation scheme is proposed to act as a catalyst for increased private sector investment and aims to transform the town’s attractiveness to businesses, residents and visitors, whilst enhancing long term sustainability.
