As part of the Tredegar Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI), a tendering opportunity has become available for the external refurbishment of the 10 The Circle, Tredegar through their appointed representative Mr. Martin Purslow of Pennycuick Collins.

Interested contractors are required to register interest using the contact details of the appointed representative Mr. Martin Purslow of Pennycuick Collins which can be found on the Sell2Wales website under reference JUL258106. Tendering contractors will be required to have experience in undertaking refurbishment projects on heritage buildings and/or buildings located in conservation areas.
The THI Scheme is contributing positively to the regeneration of Tredegar by ensuring high quality, traditional repair and reinstatement to eligible properties in The Circle area of the town centre. The THI renovation scheme is proposed to act as a catalyst for increased private sector investment and aims to transform the town’s attractiveness to businesses, residents and visitors, whilst enhancing long term sustainability.
