Have Your Say on Blaenau Gwent’s Budget Proposals for 2018-19

You can have your say by completing our online survey https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=151005618116

or by attending one of our budget challenge events taking place around the borough this November. There will be information about how the Council is funded and details of specific savings proposals that are being put forward for people to comment on.

The council has received its provisional financial settlement from Welsh Government and is facing a 1% reduction in its revenue support grant. This reduction means that the Council has to find £5.8 million worth of savings in the next financial year.
