Blaenau Gwent Council is consulting on a proposal to introduce a catchment area for Brynmawr Foundation School and determine the catchment areas for Ysgol Gymraeg Tredegar and Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Helyg.
Please note there have been some amendments to the attached document as listed, in addition the consultation period had been extended to the 14th March 2025

The statutory consultation will run until noon on the 14th of March 2025.

Following this the Council will then collect, review and summarise all of the feedback. This report will then be presented to Cabinet in April 2025 and be considered and a decision taken if the proposal is to be implemented. The Report will be made available for all consultees to view.
